Metalize Films

Metallized films are a special packaging material obtained by coating one surface of thin plastic films with a metal layer. This metal coating is accomplished by applying a thin layer of metal to the surface of the film. Metallized films are packaging materials with special appearance and properties that are generally used in different applications.

With single and double corona

Suitable for flower wraps and gift wrapping

One side metallized, the other side heat sealable

Metallized side is suitable for printing and lamination

Gas, moisture and light barrier feature

It is used in general packaging applications that require barrier properties.

Produced Thicknesses (Micron): 15, 17, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 50

It is recommended to use a primary lacquer before printing for high ink adhesion. The metallized surface of the film should not come into contact with food.
